Performance characteristics:

YQ-Z series upset testing machines is designed according to the international standard "Metallic Materials Upset Test Methods", especially for the quality inspection of high-speed rods and wires. Through simulating the quick impact conditions of the metallic materials during the upset and pressing, the machine truthfully reflects the instances of the quickly compressed rods and wires. Under room temperature or heated-condition, exert test force in the direction of specimen axial line, quickly compress the specimen, and then inspect the metal ability of bearing upset deformation in the specified upset ratio. It also can show the disfigurements of metal surface.
The YQ-Z series is based on the original model--YQ series. Using the new principle of computer automatic control the sample flattening height replaces using standard block. Greatly reduce the work intensity of operators, improve work efficiency. They are widely used in the steel industry, standard specimen manufacturing industry and tools manufacturing industry for the inspection of the metallic materials upset test.
